Strengthening our European sales team with AV industry veteran Christian Krela

Krela has a career spanning more than 20 years, including high profile roles at Kramer, ClearOne, Milestone AV Technologies and more.

PPDS has further strengthened its sales team in the DACH region, with the appointment of highly experienced and highly regarded AV professional, Christian Krela, in the newly created position of Channel Manager.

Based near Dortmund, Christian brings more than 20-years’ AV specialist sales experience to the PPDS sales team, having held high profile B2B sales management roles at a number of leading national and international AV specialist organisations during his career. These include Kramer Electronics, Milestone AV Technologies, and most recently, ClearOne, where he was Regional Sales Manager.

In his new role as Channel Manager, Christian will be responsible for the company’s distribution operations across Germany and Austria, with a primary focus on increasing awareness and sales of its ever-expanding and evolving range of multi-vertical, multi-purpose digital signage and pro TV products and solutions.

In what has been a busy start to his PPDS career, Christian has been overseeing the launch of several new, key product ranges, including the B-Line (meetings/food and beverage), C-Line (corporate/meetings), and preparing for the imminent releases of T-Line (for education) and the 7000 high bright LED series, among others, in to the DACH market.

Commenting on his appointment, Christian said: “The opportunity to join PPDS, a company I have seen grow exponentially in recent years, was a no brainer for me. With the existing products and amazing portfolio, there are some truly incredible opportunities to be had and my role, and my motivation, is to ensure those opportunities are converted.”
